Hey. I haven't been on here for quite some time. Just wanted to get updated on stuff.
What has been happening for the new website? Everytime I come on, its still the same old winglin. Has the project been cancelled or something?

The poll to choose between Winglin and Yanglion is closed earlier today. Your preferences can't be clearer: http://forum.winglin.net/index.php?topic=217.0 . Indeed, the result has never been in doubt right from the beginning. Our collective sentimental attachment to Winglin is simply too strong to let it go. As it's, not only the new fanfic board will be on Winglin but also this forum. Together, let's build on Winglin's memorable past a future as deserving to be remembered. hey i don't know how to reach the staff so i'll do it like this? look eumh can you maybe consider this idea? like putting a counter on the bottom of your fic than you can know how many readers visited your fic if you don't get enough comments well than you won't be dissapointed because you'll know the amount of readers... i don't think this will be a bad idea some of the readers are lazy to comment but with the counter thingie...well at least you know that there is no need to stop with your fic bcs you don't have enough readers :p plss consider it? |

am glad this is being kept... am sad because i couldnt retrieve my old fic anymore... it was my first... i understand that i was not at all active but all this time i cherished the thought that i am able to create my first masterpiece ( :'(sniff).... is there a way to check the archives? i wrote it way back 2003... who do i need to write to?

yanglion was the new title of the site
that the moderators decided to replace with winglin...
however, after a vote of winglin members,
winglin was well-chosen and
they decided to keep "Winglin" instead of "Yanglion"

Erm I think u can try searching through the search box. It's on the top right hand conner of winglin's fanfic site. Just chosse to only search in winglin at the radio buttons below. Not sure if it works but it's worth a try.  |

Um okay...I was just wondering how the FanFics I've seen, whenever I searched the title in the search box, the results popped up with the title and the direct link. Except when I search for some new FanFics my friends wrote or my FanFics, it just comes up with a result like "FanFic" and it gives me a link to the main index page with lots and lots nd lots of FanFics. Can someone explain this to me? thank you.
